Paul [00:17:16] So I want to pull on one other aspect of that, because you spend quite a bit of time, in the second edition of Inspired, you talk about what it takes to be a product manager, and it is hip, it is the aspirational career path. But in the rest of the companies, the ideas are coming from stakeholders, they’re coming from customers dangling a big check, they’re coming from clients, they’re coming from your executives, and no surprise to me. Marty [00:37:44] But when I say in the bad category, literally, when you look at them, they’re just a prioritized list of features and projects. You know, ultimately it’s their product, not ours.
